Accommodation Rules
Booking & Payments
- A deposit may be required to secure a room.
- NSFAS-approved rates apply where eligible.
Visitor Policy
- Visitors must sign in at security.
- No overnight guests without prior approval.
Shuttle Service
- Schedule subject to change; students must show ID.
- Latecomers may miss the shuttle.

Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance for a partial refund.
- No refunds for early departures unless under exceptional circumstances.

Liability
Sagewood Cribs is not liable for:
- Lost or stolen personal items.
- Injuries outside of negligence.
- Internet outages or utility interruptions.

Prohibited Conduct
- No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum.
- Damage to property will incur repair fees.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by South African law.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
